The development company behind the Monteromero project is Kiomisu Partners S.L., which’s pulling forces are Petri Käpynen, with more than 25 years of experience in the development and construction of real estate in Spain, and Jouko Salli, with more than 30 years of experience in international business management.

The basic idea behind the project is to provide each buyer with a unique, tailor-made villa with own gardens and swimming pool, as part of an exclusive and agreeable community. The design and construction will be entirely managed by the Monteromero team, who will also take care of all contractual and legal issues. At the end, the client will receive the keys to his new home, ready to be moved into!
